Hi, Men's Health put out a book called "Muscle Chow." It's basically a recipe book with some diet advice. There's a lot of great recipes in there that I've been trying out at home and many of them are pretty quick and easy. I got sick of just grilling chicken breast and eating plain brown rice, so I picked it up and I'm glad I did. For more details Paas Overview Video
