So chicken seems to be a famiy favourite all over the world, and so easy to cook and do different things with, so i thought, lets try and get as many recipies from all over the world and maybe we can all have a taste of different cultures!
My favourite has to be stuffed chicken breasts,
Ill stuff my chicken with cheese, most cheese will work in this one but the best bets are cheddar, edam or my personal choice, cream cheese.
Cream cheese can be picked up cheaply from supermarkets, i would always recommend a garlic and herb one just for that little bit extra flavour.
So stuff the chicken with the cheese but not too full or its just going to go everywhere when its cooking, i usually then coat the top of the breast in a mix of paprika, garlic and chilli powder.
Finally wrap your chicken tightly in panchetta or something similar, it goes so well with the chicken and keeps everything together in the oven!
Personally i wrap the chicken in tinfoil with a little olive oil and stick it in the oven for around about 40 minutes at 190c
served with some fresh veg this is a perfect dinner if you're wanting to impress a certain someone or just fancy having restuarant food in your own home!
